Las Adelfas is a delightful front-line beach development in Nueva Alcantara, five minutes from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara – a perfect location if you do not enjoy driving, as it is within walking distance of everything.
Wonderful beach chiringuitos (casual beach restaurants) specialising in their daily fresh catches of delicious fish and seafood. A marvellous selection of local shops, restaurants, international pharmacy, local hospital, English speaking medical group combining all types of specialist services, dentists etc.
Las Adelfas Complex is a recently built, extremely well designed community. Offering stylish living with the Mediterranean Sea on the doorstep.
With the option of 2 large swimming pools, designed for adults and children, with lovely surrounding gardens, and the sea close by, this development lends itself beautifully to all year round living, and has always offered excellent rental potential. There are few other such communities on the coast, with every amenity within easy reach on foot, and of such a high standard. The Community is gated, with 24-hour security and underground parking. The gardens and properties are maintained to a very high standard, as are both the pools. The apartments are 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, with delightful terraces and those on the ground floor with access to their own small private garden, leading to the community gardens and pools. The new promenade, which now extends to Marbella is a marvellous “Paseo” for walkers, bicyclists, skate boarders, and perfect for children and dogs to walk and play. With excellent new play and exercise areas installed all along the paseo and the beach. This promenade has now been extended and joins up with the paseo from Puerto Banus and the Golden Mile to Marbella.
The beachside walk from San Pedro (located directly in front of Las Adelfas) is approx. 3-½ km. to Puerto Banus, and 10 km. to Marbella. So makes a wonderful exercise routine, with excellent opportunities to experience some of the “watering holes” offering menus from all parts of the world en-route, shops and hotels and of course the eternal lure of Puerto Banus, it’s luxury shops, restaurants, and the incredible vista of stunning private yachts, from all parts of the world, moored at the quay-side. All helping to ease the hardship of one’s exercise regime. Quite marvellous!
