Situated only 3 kilometres from Ronda in the “Llano de la Cruz”, this property comprises 15,000 m2 of protected land, and only a short distance from the historic town of Ronda. Its bucolic location with views to the town make this an ideal place. A quiet yet made up road takes you to the farm which is completely fenced in and accessed through automatic gates with intercom system.

The property has all the important services such as electricity, water, telephone and internet connection. Also there is a local irrigation facility which, traditionally, supplied all the fruit farms in the area and which you have an option to use if you wish. This comes from the Guadalcobocin River which acts as one of the farm’s boarders. There is a new, double-skinned septic tank installed in the grounds.

The soil in this valley is extremely fertile and there are many different fruit trees within the grounds…with the large walnuts providing ample shade. The ancient olive trees are thriving and produce a good seasonal crop.

Constructed between 2000 and 2003, within the structure of the original ‘andaluz’ walls which makes it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. To the right is the dining area which gives ample space for extended entertainment purposes if desired. Leading off from this is an open-plan kitchen separated from the dining area by a rustic bar. From here there is a door to a semi-covered terrace, ideal for breakfasting or BBQs, with views over the surrounding countryside and Ronda. The fully fitted kitchen has all the modern facilities: hob with extractor fan, fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge and grill.

From here through a glass door is a large, separate walk-in pantry/larder area (with its own window) with cupboards, sink, dishwasher and freezer. To the left of the hall is a cosy sitting-room area with log burner (which electronically re-circulates warm air throughout the house). Leading on from here is a fully-equipped bar complete with music system which can be piped throughout the whole of the ground floor if desired.

From this part of the ground floor there is a door leading out to a covered terrace from which one can access a large, separate tool room / wash-house.

Upstairs is divided into three zones: 1.The master bedroom (with TV point) has an arch off to a separate dressing area. From here there’s a door to a well equipped en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. 2. The gallery, which could be used as a library, separates the two bedroom wings. 3. A self-contained suite comprising double bedroom, sitting room (with TV and internet connection) and a well ventilated bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The apartment on the other side of the courtyard is completely separated from the main house, with its’ own hot water system housed in an adjoining boiler room. It comprises sitting/bedroom with log burner and another double bedroom. These are separated by a kitchenette area off which there is a bathroom consisting of a bath and separate shower. This makes an ideal guesthouse.

The entire ground floor ( main house, courtyard and apartment) is level for wheelchair-friendly access throughout. There are two carports with enough space for five cars.
