The large apartments have fridge/freezers and dishwashers, and the small ones have standard fridges.

The focal point of El Molino is the arched 'mirador', or wind tower at the center of the house. It has built-in cushioned seats and a large marble table that seats 12 people.

The swimming pool is 11 meters/30 feet long and between 1.45 meters/4.5 feet and 1.65 meters/5.5 feet deep. It is set in a walled courtyard garden to the south of the house. It is sheltered from most of the winds, and as it gets full sun all day long.
